Its Practice Lab lets candidates rehearse interviews in a safe, repeatable way and see how they come across before they face a real interviewer. It combines AI-generated interview questions with video and audio practice and intelligent feedback.

Interview questions are generated by AI, including HR questions tailored to the candidate's industry and chosen difficulty level. A student preparing for a first job and an experienced professional preparing for a senior role can each practise with questions that suit them. Candidates then answer using their camera and microphone, just as they would in a real video interview.

The platform goes beyond the words in an answer. Using MediaPipe-based analysis, it looks at facial expression, hand movement and body language, and combines this with speech delivery to give confidence-related feedback. A profile view shows the areas being measured, such as expression, speech delivery and confidence, and an AI interview history records past sessions by industry so users can see themselves improve.
